Scope

This project involved the demolition of an 1,800-square-foot steel structural building alongside a 35x35 ft, 200,000-gallon water tank. The scope required precision engineering and environmental management to dismantle and remove these large, heavy-duty structures without disrupting the surrounding operations at Charleston Air Force Base.

Execution

Over 300 man-hours, our 2-person crew utilized hydraulic shears, excavators with specialized attachments, and high-capacity hauling vehicles to systematically dismantle the structures. The water tank required precision cutting and segmenting for safe transport and disposal. To mitigate environmental risks, we implemented containment systems to prevent runoff during demolition.
